Ingredients (homes):
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream (or plain Greek Yogurt)
- 1/2 tsp. Dill Weed
- 1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 8 (1 oz.) rolls 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Rolls/Thins
- 1 cup Chopped Veggies (ex. broccoli, green onion, etc.)
Ingredients (centers):
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream (or plain Greek Yogurt)
- 1 tsp. Dill Weed
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 4 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 16 (1 oz.) rolls 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Rolls/Thins
- 2 cup Chopped Veggies (ex. broccoli, green onion, etc.)
Directions:
- Mix spread ingredients until smooth. Mix in cheese.
- Top each sandwich roll/thin with 1/4 cup of spread.
- Top with veggies.
Serve:
1 portion = 1 oz. meat alt. + 1 oz. eq. serving whole grain (WG) for snack.
