Whole Wheat Banana Bread (WG)

Ingredients (homes):
- 3 ripe Bananas
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt, plain
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
Ingredients (centers):
- 9 ripe Bananas
- 1 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt, plain
- 6 large Eggs
- 4 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 TBSP. Baking Soda
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
Directions:
- Mix wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients in another bow. Combine.
- Pour into pan(s) coated with nonstick spray.
- Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until bread is a deep, dark brown color.
- Let cool 10-15 minutes before serving.
Serve:
1 Portion = 1/2 bread/grain serving.
