Whole Wheat Banana Bread (WG)

Ingredients (homes):

  • 3 ripe Bananas
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt, plain
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt

Ingredients (centers):

  • 9 ripe Bananas
  • 1 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt, plain
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 4 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 TBSP. Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt

Directions:

  1. Mix wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients in another bow. Combine.
  2. Pour into pan(s) coated with nonstick spray.
  3. Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until bread is a deep, dark brown color.
  4. Let cool 10-15 minutes before serving.

Serve:

1 Portion = 1/2 bread/grain serving.
