Whole Wheat Bread (WG)

Ingredients (homes):
- 1 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 TBSP. Honey*
- 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Active Dry Yeast
- 1 1/2 cup Warm Water
Ingredients (centers):
- 6 cup All Purpose Flour
- 6 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 TBSP. Honey
- 2 TBSP. Salt
- 2 tsp. Active Dry Yeast
- 6 cup Warm Water
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Cover with plastic wrap for 8-24 hours at room temperature.
- Shape into a loaf/loave(s). Place on a baking sheet on parchment paper. Let rest for 30 minutes.
- Bake 20 minutes covered with foil. Bake uncovered 10-15 minutes longer.
Serve:
1 portion = 1 oz. eq. whole grain serving
*Substitute sugar for honey for children under the age of 1.
